Alexander Glotov is a litigator with over 20 years of experience, specializing in financial disputes, corporate defense, white-collar crimes, and fraud cases.

Mr. Glotov advises corporations and individuals (either defense against prosecution or prosecution in favor of victims) by walking the clients through all stages of criminal proceedings, and covers all types of corporate and white-collar crime: bribery, wire fraud, employee fraud, economic espionage, embezzlement, forgery, misappropriation of funds, money laundering, tax evasion, etc.

Mr. Glotov litigated significant number of high profile criminal cases on all levels of the Ukrainian court system, and has an impressive track record of not-guilty verdicts handed down by Ukrainian courts.

Mr. Glotov’s client representation includes handling dispute resolution proceedings and litigations overseas (UK, Baltic States, USA, Cyprus).

Mr. Glotov has exceptional expertise in criminal litigation process built on his strong experience as a defense attorney in Ukraine and a past successful career as criminal investigator and prosecutor in the Office of Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
