Dmytro Korbut has more than 10-year experience of practicing law and specializes in M&A, corporate law, real estate and taxation.

Mr. Korbut advises clients on a wide range of legal issues related to the largest M&A, corporate restructuring, real estate and tax matters.

Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko Mr. Korbut ran the Kyiv office of a large Cyprus-based law firm, served as the Head of Legal Department of a major Ukrainian development company, worked for leading international and independent Ukrainian law firms.
