Petro Morgos focuses on a corporate transactions practice, Public Private Partnerships and particularly negotiating and designing concession contracts for provision of municipal utilities services and infrastructures, and international arbitration.
Mr. Morgos has more than twenty years of experience in the private practice of law in the US, France and Ukraine, representing multinational corporations and private investors in complex dispute resolution proceedings, and assisting foreign investors in establishing their operations in Ukraine.Mr. Morgos’ experience also includes working as legal advisor for a number of internationally financed technical assistance projects, and assisting governments and parliamentarians in transition economies of the CIS and particularly of Ukraine. He has provided advice on institutional and regulatory reform in trade and commercial legislation, privatization, transport, as well as regional economic development in Ukraine.
