Sergey specializes in M&A, corporate law, real estate and construction, and complex dispute resolution procedures. He has substantial experience in numerous tax, corporate, securities, and property disputes in the courts of Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

Sergey is recognized as one of the leading experts in Ukraine in the sphere of corporate law according to Best Lawyers International 2010, and among top five lawyers in bankruptcy, according to Ukrainian Law Firms 2010

Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko, Sergey was a partner with an international law firm in Kyiv, where he represented clients in both national and international courts and commercial arbitration, as well as advised major Ukrainian and multinational companies on corporate and M&A transactions, banking and finance, and securities.
