Svitlana Kheda is a counsel with the firm focusing on corporate law and M&A. Svitlana has 11 year experience of practicing law which includes advising on the most sophisticated commercial, corporate and labor matters, real estate and international business transactions, private-public partnership, and foreign investment.
Ms. Kheda regularly advises clients on a wide range of legal issues related to the largest M&A and corporate restructuring matters.
Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko Ms. Kheda was running the programs department of the International Law Institute (Washington, DC, U.S.A.). Her experience also includes working for a leading international law firm in Ukraine.
