Dr. Liakhov advises extensively on the most sophisticated cross-border corporate transactions. His experience includes advising both regulators and market participants on all issues relating to securities regulations both on the international and domestic levels. Andrei also advises on wealth management, debt restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions projects.
Dr. Liakhov has extensive experience in public sector and has been repeatedly involved in developing legislation, negotiating international treaties and agreements, and advising on the most complex transactions involving the state.
