She is a certified Patent Attorney with over 7 years of experience advising clients on the most sophisticated industrial property and copyright matters. Dariya has extensive expertise in conducting complex IP audits and due diligence, restructuring IP assets in M&A transactions; she counsels on the transfer, licensing of IP rights, represents clients in all types of dispute resolution proceedings related to the protection of IP rights, etc.
Ms.Valiavska is experienced in IP objects registration and prosecution, copyright, data protection, software, labeling of products issues, advertising legislation as well as transactional matters, etc.
She actively participates in the work of Intellectual Property Committees of American Chamber of Commerce and European Business Association and is also a member of the International Trademark Association.
Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko, she worked for a leading international law firm.
