Olexander is a senior associate with Sayenko Kharenko. He has extensive experience in capital markets, banking and finance, as well as intellectual property and dispute resolution matters.
Olexander handled some of the most innovative financings in Ukraine, including first Ukrainian cross-border securitisations, first MTN program by a Ukrainian bank, first 144A Eurobond placements by Ukrainian banks. He advised on software and trademark licensing issues, took part in disputes involving copyright, patents, trademarks, and plant breeders’ rights, and managed the antipiracy campaign of a multinational computer technology corporation. Mr. Olshanskyy is also experienced in financial transactions involving intellectual property, including financings with intellectual property used as collateral.
