Sergey Pogrebnoy, partner, has more than 15-year experience of practicing law and specializes in complex dispute resolution procedures, litigation, investment projects, corporate law and corporate governance, M&A, securities.

Mr. Pogrebnoy’s experience includes representation of clients in commercial and corporate disputes (debt recovery, disputes with tax authorities, disputes relating to real estate, etc.); representation of clients in courts at all levels.
