Mr. Diachuk has exceptional expertise in developing sophisticated strategies of protection built on his experience in various areas of law, including tax, corporate, bankruptcy, securities law, government procurement, customs and trade law.
Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko Mr. Diachuk held public office as the Prosecutor of Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
